I began doula work in 1998. Since then, I have had the privilege of attending many women and their families
during the beautiful time of childbirth. I have experience with VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean), natural birth,
home birth and hospital birth, including 5 years as a staff doula at Exempla Lutheran Medical Center. As a certified
lactation consultant, I’m also available for breastfeeding guidance and education. Women have the strength &
wisdom to birth the best way for themselves & their baby. I look forward to helping you have your best possible birth.
