I have always been passionate about supporting women and families during pregnancy,
childbirth, and their adjustment to parenthood. After nearly a decade of working with pregnant women and families,
I began attending births as a doula in 2006. In addition to my birth doula work, I provide postpartum doula support
to new families. I also have a Master's Degree in Counseling and provide prenatal and postpartum counseling for
individuals, couples, and families. I am a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator and Certified Happiest Baby Educator,
offering group and private childbirth and parenting classes to expectant and new families. For more
